Jessica Faye Carter is the founder and CEO of Nette Media. She counsels businesses on social media strategy, 
implementation, policy development, and niche campaigns. She has been involved with social media in various capacities since 2001. She blogs at Technicultr and is a guest writer for Mashable, one of the Internet’s most popular social media blogs.
Jessica is also a nationally-recognized expert on cultural and gender diversity and the author of Double Outsiders (JIST Works, 2007), an award-winning look at professional women of color/multicultural women. She was previously a corporate lawyer and holds a JD and an MBA from Duke University and a BA in economics from Spelman College.
